Growing up in Ghana, cooking has always been a big part of my culture. Following this passion for cooking hearty and well-nourished food inspired me to bring traditional Ghanian delicacies to Vancouver. I also love experimenting with new flavours in the diverse world of cuisines.

As much as I enjoy cooking sumptuous meals, I love watching my clients enjoying the amazing creations of Dehls Gourmet. With an extensive background in the food service and manufacturing industry, my goal is to create delicious, consistent, nutritious, sustainable, and culturally thoughtful food and serving it to my community.
